The Moon is in all action Aries for the whole of today and we may have a sense of freshness and ambition around us. The Moon in Aries steps forwards first, we need to achieve and do well, be faster, stronger and better than the rest. We may be hasty and act without thinking and that attitude could see us getting into trouble because we didn't think ahead first. Such is Aries, if you don't buy the ticket, you'll never win the lottery. 

You can be carried further by the cosmic wave than you by your own efforts. Where you are going cannot be attained by effort. 

The effort, the discipline, prepares us for the leap, but after the leap, we are no longer sustained by our efforts but by forces greater than us, the forces of love itself. 

The Moon continues in Pisces for about half of this day and the swirling, confusing and idealistic energy that has surrounded us still keeping our judgement rather off balance. Is what we are seeing and hearing genuine or a fabrication of the truth? We are caring and emotional early on, and we may worry about irrational things without knowing exactly why. More certainty comes as the Moon moves across the border into Aries, and a sense of renewal overcomes us. Here is the desire to move forward and to make up for lost time. We are hastier, less forgiving and we will need to achieve something by the end of the day. 

We find the Moon still in the sign of Pisces throughout the day, and the sensitive and carefree energy continues into the start of the working week. We are in dreamland quite literally, and we may sleep very deeply and our dreams may appear much more vivid than normal as the Moon makes a conjunction to the ruler of Pisces, Neptune, making a trine to Jupiter at the same time. Our imagination can cross boundaries in the early hours, there is a potentially psychic feel as we open out to all possibilities. There is boundless emotional generosity on show early on today, we can give so much sympathy and caring through this connection. 

The Moon starts off in the latter degrees of Aquarius this morning in a sextile to Saturn and Mercury. We have very steady emotions early on, rational thoughts and we'll be able to control ourselves, our emotions and our thoughts if we are plunged into any difficult situations. There will be a sense of calm that we can fall back upon, however things will start to change as the Moon exits Aquarius and enter the more sensitive yet chaotic sign of Pisces. 

The Moon remains in the air sign of Aquarius today and there is a need to innovate and to do things a little differently and independently. We may feel as if we need to rebel against the establishment way of doing things, and we won't be in a mood to comply or tow the line. All the same, we have a kind humanity about us and a caring side that is inclusive and quite lovely. We will want to be sociable today and we have a need to connect and network with others, but ultimately we need to be getting on with our own agenda in our own inimitable way. The Moon's movements mirror this perception.
