Shadow Man Slammed the Door

This incident took place at my now old house in Connecticut in the middle of winter, 2010. I was about 17 years old. My parents go out to eat every Friday and this Friday was no different. I usually tag along, but I just bought a new game for my Xbox and wanted to stay home and chat with my friends and play my new game.



I was in the middle of playing my game when my door (which was always locked) swung open with such force it bounced off the wall behind it. I was not afraid at first because I thought maybe my dad was messing around, so I walked over to my door and looked into the hallway.




My house was pitch black and my parents were not home yet. As I went to turn around, I saw a black figure dart down my stairs and disappear. I never experienced anything ever again in that house and I lived there for 22 years.
