The Moon remains in Capricorn today and we remain in the main rather emotionally stoic and less able to express our true desires than we normally would do. Here is a feeling of keeping excesses under check, of not showing weakness and vulnerability otherwise people may think ill of us. Our reputation matters and so does the way we present ourselves to the world. We need to feel strong and useful, even if inside we feel as weak as a kitten. 

The Moon begins in a conjunction with Saturn in the sign of Sagittarius today and our expansive needs may be held back by more weighty concerns this morning, we will take things seriously even through to the point that the Moon changes sign, as it moves into the sign ruled by Saturn, Capricorn. The Moon in Capricorn holds in the most expansive and outgoing of our emotions and we may be more stern and unsentimental today than we normally are. 

The Moon is in Sagittarius today and we will take on a much more broad minded and expansive approach to things. There is an emotionally charged need to seek answers to our questions, and anything and anyone that helps us learn a little more will be welcomed into our lives. There is a friendly sociable air about this Sunday, optimistic and good hearted and a little devil may care too. If we have to break conventions and the rules to do what we need to do, then we won't mind upsetting someone to achieve the goal. 

The Moon ends its passage through the murky realms of Scorpio today but before it moves into the lighter and more expansive sign of Sagittarius this evening, we have a brand New Moon to experience. All New Moons bring about the start of a new cycle and this one is linked to deep transformational change, sharing and where we can fully take control of a situation, maybe for the first time in a long time. For today our emotions are very much intensified inside us, you may feel internally as if you want to explode but you know it's best to keep a lid on any frustrations. They may come out later in the day as the Moon moves into Sagittarius. Here the truth is let out, no matter how brutal it is, and through it you can start to set a brand new path for yourself. There is a need to control our environment and to survive, not to be overwhelmed either by people around us or by circumstances. Our emotions are strong and passionate about our goals and we won't accept anything that is half-hearted, today we will want the real McCoy, full answers and total commitment.
