Quija Board: Quija Opens the Door

Ouija Opens a Door

One night, 15 years ago, my mom was doing the Ouija board with her boyfriend. They had never done one before, and so they started to play around with it. They would ask it questions, but nothing would happen. Finally they got frustrated and wanted to quit. Right as they were about to put everything away, the glider started moving by itself. It went very fast and stopped dead in its tracks. It went to the label "Hello." My Mom let out a shriek and she jumped back holding onto her boyfriend, begging him to put the Ouija board away.

Her boyfriend refused and asked it some questions. They found out that the thing moving it was a small girl, about the age of 8. She had died in my grandma's house (which they were in at the time) from being beaten when her father was drunk. After a few more questions, the girl told them she didn't want to talk anymore. Suddenly the glider started moving about swiftly and the numbers "666" appeared. My mother said there was this blue-ish haze around them and the window flew open. My mom got scared and ran upstairs, she threw away the board and never touched it again.

Now, 15 years later, here I am telling another tale that has to do with the same thing. When I was 12, (I'm 13 now), I was in my grandma's basement watching TV. It was the same room that the Ouija incident happened. I suddenly felt this cool breeze come in from the door, I thought perhaps one of the windows were open outside the room. I looked over at the door, about to get up to look, but I froze in fear.

There, standing at the door, was a girl that looked to be about 8 or 9 years old. She was wearing and old white dress, only it was stained with blood all down the left side of her, and it was ripped and torn. Blood was stuck to the side of her face, some fresh and some old and dried. Her eyes were blank, and dark. Her lips started to move, and she extended her arm, but no words came out. I tried to scream, but I couldn't. I was too scared. The lights flickered out (yes, cliche, I know) and I felt like I was suspended in air. I was so scared I just sat there, staring, paralyzed.

She took a few steps forward and disappeared. My dog was barking frantically, and growling at the air where she had stood. I had goose bumps all over my body and I still couldn't move, I was breathless.

Ever since, I've looked behind me to see her staring at me, and one day I even woke up to see her standing beside my bed, and I'll never forget that experience. Once I heard the story of what my mother did 15 years earlier, I was never going to even think about touching an Ouija board. Ever
